Gene's 24/7 Mobile Notary has been serving the Western New York and surrounding area with notary public services since 2016. The owner also serves as a Commissioner of Deeds for the City of Buffalo. The service is reliable, reasonable and professional. Each client is given personalized attention with door-to-door service. The notary services can be done at your house, place of business, a local coffee shop, or if needed, a hospital/long-term care facility. If you prefer or for less cost, you can come to me. Most recently, online notary services have been added as well.

Payment is expected at time of service.
Preferred method of payment is cash or credit card.
Checks and money orders are not accepted.

Travel fee is calculated by distance and is not part of the notary fee.

Currently, COVID-19 precautions are taken by the notary
including hand sanitation and wearing a mask.
You will be ask to wear a mask, and
the transaction will take part with safe distancing practices in place.

Eugene Ravenell III is a notary public serving the Western New York community and is a Commissioner of Deeds for the City of Buffalo. He holds multiple degrees in Health and Human Services and a Master of Science in Creative Leadership from the Center for Innovation at Buffalo State College. His masters' project regarding projection in creativity has hundreds of downloads and builds upon the theory of visionary thinking.
Eugene is currently finishing his doctoral degree in Leadership for Change and Innovation from the University of the Virgin Islands. His dissertation is focusing on the mental illness and stigma, and how it influences leadership abilities.

Serving the Western New York area and individuals traveling from Pennsylvania and Canada, I am conveniently located in the heart of the City of Buffalo. For some, I know the process of notarizing documents is confusing and stressful. My service is here to help. I take the confusion out of it for you and simplify the entire process. This can be done in person or through our new online service.
You now have three options: travel to me, I will travel to you, or we can meet online. You will need to verify that online notary services will be accepted for you document. Charges will still be applicable if online services are performed but them not accepted by the document receiver.
Arrangements are made to make the process as easy as possible and convenient for you and your family. When available, same-day services can be accommodated.
